Why don't they just arrest him & "Prosecute" him ..
I can see it plain as day sniffing the school girls hair ...
File Charges and send the Sheriff's Department at his house about oh 2/3 o'clock in the morning throw him on the front porch slap the bracelets on him haul him Downtown for his "Booking" Room Photos
